​"My client had this lovely loft space above her coach home...The view of the garage shaker roof was the problem. I had a vision for a beach retreat but didn't want to create a closed in look with shutters or a fabric window treatment. Shelly came up with the perfect option. When I walked my client up the stairs for the first time to see the finished room... she actually had tears. She said this was her favorite room in the home."

​"I wanted something special to bring beauty into my space without covering my window. I knew Shelly's work, read the article about how she started by doing this for her husband's hospital room and it intrigued me. I studied her site - was hard to pick an image - they were all so beautiful! Well it turned out more wonderful than I ever imagined. The first thing I see is this beautiful image each morning I walk down my stairs and begin my day... it truly is a peaceful meditation.
