Until recently, E-Talk, a leading provider of call center technology, offered on-site training to its customers. However, with product sales increasing rapidly along with the growing demand for training, on-site training was not only becoming a logistical problem, but more importantly, a costly proposition.

In order to reduce costs, while still providing training to its expanding customer base, E-Talk made the decision to offer some of its training programs over the internet.

That’s when E-Talk turned to Shelly Lawler. Based on her outstanding reputation for effective communication and an impressive list of satisfied customers, Shelly was selected to be the “Voice” of E-Talk’s online training initiative. The results far exceeded the company’s expectation and today, All of E- Talk’s training programs are available to customers on demand, online.

Based on the success of E-Talk’s online training programs, the company once again approached Shelly Lawler for her input on another project: a Sales/Marketing CD Rom to showcase the features and benefits of E-Talk’s entire product line.

With Shelly’s extensive experience in the field of audio and video production, along with her contacts and resources, Ms. Lawler was asked to act as E-Talk’s Corporate Spokesperson as well as produce /direct the professional voice-over talent required for this important sales tool.
